Chef/Owner Ryan Adams heartily welcomes Chef Alfonso Ramirez to the kitchen at Three Seventy Common Kitchen + Drink where they will work together to prepare a five-course prix fixe dinner featuring some of Ramirezís Southern French contemporary classics. Chef Ramirez is chef at the highly lauded Pinot Provence, a French restaurant owned by the Patina Restaurant Group located at The Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
Chef Ramirez, the son of an accomplished chef, grew up in the industry and has worked at many of Southern Californiaís notable dining venues including Spago, Troquet and Aubergine. He was a part of Culinary Adventures, Inc. as they expanded their French 75 concept into Los Angeles. Most recently, he was the opening chef de cuisine of The Foundry on Melrose, and did a stint at Enoteca Drago in Beverly Hills, as well as at local hotspot Lola Gaspar Kitchen and Bar in Santa Ana.
